Here are some random factoids that I have found today that you might not have known. That way, you can say that “you learn something new every day.”

  • A female dog can be pregant anywhere from 9 – 12 weeks before giving birth
  • A ShiTzu is known as being the hardest dog to train. It could take somewhere between 20 – 50 times for one to fully understand a command.
  • According to the Guiness Book of World Records, the longest running TV show is NBC’s “Meet the Press” which started on November 6, 1947.
  • The longest running daytime television soap opera is Guiding Light, which started one June 30, 1952.
  • The Nile River in Egypt is the longest river on earth, measuring 4,145 miles (6,670 kilometers).
